1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour Mix flour, baking powder, spices and Ginseng in a bowl. Meanwhile, slowly melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. (A double boiler is one pan which sits down inside another pan of boiling water. The chocolate melts in the top pan.) Add melted chocolate mixture to the flour, baking powder, spice and Ginseng bowl. Add honey, milk and egg whites. Stir just enough to blend, pour into greased muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool 2 minutes. Get into bed, and serve! |
