1 cup butter, softened
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
7 cloves garlic, minced (roasted or fresh)
½ cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
½ tbsp. fresh oregano
1 large loaf french or sourdough bread, split
Mix all the ingredients together and spread onto the bread. Preheat the oven to 375
degrees. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Unwrap and broil the bread until
the top turns brown, about 2 minutes.
