Artichoke Dip

8oz of Cream Cheese, softened
Cup Mayonnaise (or less)
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, fresh is better
1 Tbsp. of Minced Garlic
1 14/15 oz Can of Artichoke Hearts

1 loaf of crusty bread or sour dough baguette, sliced into " slices

Drain and mash up the Artichokes and then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix it all up. (I use my food processor, first to grind the artichokes, then adding in the other ingredients and pulsing until well blended. Add the mayo last, and use only enough to make the mixture smooth) Put in a 10x8 baking safe dish (Duh.) and bake at 375 until the top is browned approximately 20 minutes.
